To save time on Auction Day and streamline your purchase, you can pre-register
your contract details online before the auction. Simply click the button labelled
Pre-Register to Bid on the lot details page and then fill in the form to
pre-register. We will email you a Confirmation Page with your Unique Bid Number.
Print out the form and bring it to the auction. If your bid is successful, you will
be asked to sign your printed Confirmation Page and hand it to the clerk. Your registered
details will then be incorporated into the Memorandum of Sale which you will also
be asked to sign before leaving the auction. (Please be sure to bring your deposit,
buyer’s fee and identification as well.)
If you would like to pre-register to bid for more than one lot you will need to
pre-register for each lot separately. Our system will remember your key details
for your convenience when you complete multiple pre-registrations.
Please note your username is now your email address when logging into the site.
