• Enclose your deposit cheque.
• Give your email address and/or fax number.
• Send proof of identification (copy of driving licence/passport and a utility bill/bank statement).

2) Remember Pin

Your PIN and client number will be sent to you once your form and deposit have ben received.
To bid, identify yourself using your PIN and client number on the day of the auction via the 'internet bidders' link at: www.allsop.co.uk.

3) Bid Online

Access www.allsop.co.uk or www.propertyauctions.com about 10 minutes before the first lot you wish to bid for comes up.

If you wish to bid click the highlighted increment on screen. You will be made aware of the current bid and when the bid is held by you through your screen. If you have any problems accessing the auction on the day, please call 07973 631 539.
